Alpha-linolenic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of alpha-linolenic acid. Each bar provides 1.1g.

About this product

Date paste, protein crisps, soya protein isolate, milled flaxseed, sunflower seed butter, chicory root fibre, cacao and sea salt. That is the whole list.

The flaxseed does two jobs: it keeps the bar soft rather than chalky, and it makes each bar a source of omega-3 fatty acids.

We use sunflower seed butter rather than nut butter, so the bar carries no tree nuts.

Ingredients

Date paste, pea protein crisps, SOYA protein isolate, milled flaxseed (8%), sunflower seed butter, chicory root fibre, cacao, sea salt.

Allergens: Contains SOYA. Made in a facility that also handles nuts, peanuts and sesame. This facility does not handle milk, milk products, or cereals containing gluten.

Common questions

Will it mix without a blender? Yes. Sunflower lecithin is in the blend so it disperses in a shaker in about twenty seconds.

Why is the serving 35g? Plant protein absorbs slightly less efficiently than dairy protein, so we set a serving that actually delivers. Compare scoop sizes, not just headline grams.
