Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes, everything we make, in both ranges. No dairy derivatives, no shellac, no beeswax, no carmine, and no animal-derived processing aids.
Is it gluten free?
Yes. Our facility handles no cereals containing gluten at all, and products are tested to below 20 parts per million — the legal threshold for a gluten-free claim in the UK and EU.
Does it contain soya?
Yes. Soya protein isolate is one of our three proteins — it is the only plant protein complete on its own and the most neutral tasting. Soya is a declared allergen and is emphasised on every pack. Our soya is grown in India, where GM soybean cultivation is not permitted, so it is non-GMO by law.
Where is it made?
Blended and packed in Northampton, UK. Our protein ingredients come from European producers with the specialist processing capacity.
How is it tested?
Every batch, at an independent UKAS-accredited laboratory, before it is released. Full nutritional panel, protein by amino acid analysis, heavy metals and micro. Certificates of analysis are available on request.
How does your serving compare?
Our Core powder is 73% protein by weight. A 35g scoop gives 26g of protein at 138 calories. Some competitors need a 38g scoop to reach 25g. Compare protein per 100g rather than per scoop, and the picture changes.
What is the difference between an isolate and a concentrate?
A concentrate is less refined and carries through more of the plant's original carbohydrate and fibre. An isolate is processed further, so what is left is closer to pure protein. We use isolates throughout, which costs more but gives a cleaner taste and a smoother texture.
Can I bake with it?
Yes. Vanilla and unflavoured work best.
Is it suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Our products contain a vitamin and mineral premix, and PRO contains creatine. Both are worth checking with your midwife or GP before you start. If you are unsure, ask a healthcare professional rather than us.
Is it suitable for children?
These are formulated for adults. For children, ask a GP or a registered dietitian.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Our pouches are mono-material recyclable polyethylene. Check your local council's guidance, as kerbside collection varies.
How long does it last?
24 months unopened. Once opened, keep it sealed, cool and dry, and use within 12 weeks.
What is the difference between Core and PRO?
Core is everyday nutrition — 26g of complete protein per 35g serving with 21 vitamins and minerals and five digestive enzymes, across three formats and seven flavours. PRO is built for people training seriously: 50g per serving with added creatine and leucine, Informed Sport certified, across the same three formats.
