Delivery
UK — Royal Mail Tracked, 2–3 working days. Free over £40, otherwise £3.95.
EU — DPD, 4–7 working days. £9.95.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have fourteen days from receiving your order to change your mind, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email hello@fitbee.co.uk or use the form in your account. Return the goods within fourteen days of telling us. We will refund within fourteen days of receiving them back, or of proof of return, whichever comes first.
Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
For hygiene reasons, sealed food products that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If something’s wrong
Email us with your order number and a photo. We will sort it out — we won’t make you argue about it.
